（中央社記者王承中台北7日電）行政院長林全今天表示，他上週五（3日）在答詢國民黨立委費鴻泰提到慰安婦是自願還是被迫的問題時，他的回答是不恰當的，有欠考慮周延，願意道歉。

立法院院會今天進行對行政院長林全施政方針報告總質詢，國民黨團副書記長王育敏在質詢時指出，很多人聽到「有部分慰安婦是自願的」一說感到不可思議，作家張大春甚至指出，「這恐怕是史上最沒有常代償民間二胎 識或最沒有人性的一個閣揆」。

王育敏表示，很多婦女團體很憤怒，完全忽視慰安婦被欺壓的事實，對慰安婦是二度傷害，林全必須為這不當失言，做出最嚴正的道歉。

林全說，上週五在答詢國民黨立委費鴻泰提到慰安婦是自願還是被迫的問題時，他的回答是不恰當的，有欠考慮周延，願意道歉。

王育敏指出，林全現在貴為最高行政首長，有責任要去跟日本爭取，要求日方必須對慰安婦道歉賠償，也希望跟日本友好的總統蔡英文，不要忘記幫慰安婦討回公道。對此，林全表示，這是政府的責任。1050607
